The 4th Steering Committee meeting of the ITU Arab CoEs Network was held in Hammamet, Tunisia, from 13 to 14 November 2017. This meeting was kindly hosted by the Centre d'Etudes et de Recherche des Télécommunications (CERT) and was held back to back with the 15th ITU World Telecommunication/ICT Indicators Symposium (WTIS) 14-16 November, 2017.
